manual-therapy-newmarket-300x191Manual Therapy - Gentle, hands-on treatment to mobilize or manipulate the joints of the spine and extremities, create movement in nerve tissue or facilitate muscle relaxation. A variety of gentle techniques (not too much, not too little) are used to restore normal motion.

Exercise Therapy - Specific stretching, strengthening, and stabilization exercises are a critical part of the rehabilitation process. Used together with manual therapy to relieve symptoms and improve function.

Acupuncture, Dry Needling and IMSMedical Acupuncture is a therapeutic technique to help relieve pain and inflammation and improve the ability to move.  By stimulating the body's natural healing process it can also improve sleep, mood and energy levels.  IMS and Dry Needling are highly effective techniques that reduce pain and dysfunction in tight muscle bands or trigger points.  They are very effective for sub-acute, chronic or persistent muscle and joint problems that are resistant to other forms of treatment, and can give lasting pain relief. When done properly by a skilled professional, you should experience minimal discomfort before and after treatment.  Read more
